The apartment provides a full range of utility services such as internet, cable TV, parking, cleaning the apartment once a week and washing and drying clothes once a week. To ensure your convenience, the electricity fee will be charged at 4k/kw, the domestic water fee is 100k/person and the extra laundry and drying fee is 50k/time or 300k/month. In addition, bottled drinking water is provided for 25k/bottle.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the THIENMYHOME apartment does not allow pets in the apartment.
