Includes two flexible forms of accommodation:

  • Long-term stay (6-12 months)
  • Short-term stay: by month (1-5 months) and by day (1-28 days).

We are welcome guests to the HONGHOME buildings. Please notify the manager if there are guests staying overnight at the building.

Pets are allowed at HONGHOME serviced apartments with extra cost discussed detailed when making the contract. Please make sure to keep your pet quiet and minimize the impact on the interior of the apartment as well as the common and private spaces of other guests.

How to book a Serviced Apartment at Hong Home?

After typing your request in the search bar on the website, a list of potential apartments will appear. The status of the apartment will be tagged “available” or “for rent” in the left corner of each apartment information box. For units marked as “early available”, that is, even though people are currently occupied, those apartments will be “available” again within two, or three days to a week.

After clicking on “Services”, at the bottom of the page is the ‘Free Consultation’ section, you just need to enter the required information and then click register. You can also contact us directly via HONGHOME’s phone number and email provided at the bottom of the website and HONGHOME’s management team will contact you to advise and confirm your booking.

FAQs

Rent includes a management fee for common areas, air conditioning, water (depending on which building), apartment services (internet, basic cable channels, basic phone line fee) and basic services such as laundry, housekeeping, etc. can be paid in cash or by credit card monthly.

The rental contract at HONGHOME is 6 months 1-month deposit, 1-year contract 2 months deposit.

If you have a need to renew, please notify us again before the end of the contract with the HONGHOME management team for support.
